Greetings from Jos Nigeria. I just finished last night a very import strategy meeting. We have just spent 3 days looking at how best to get the gospel to 4.5 million Kanuris who are reputed to have just 20 twenty Christians. The Kanuris are found in Nigeria, Chad, Cameroon, Niger and Sudan. All these countries were represented. There were 33 missions/churches/ministries who have been working among this difficult people with a resolve to translate and distribute the media chronological story of the Bible in the three main dialects of Kanuri. Southern Baptist had two American missionaries at the consultation. They were full of joy to see that the Chronological story format they struggle to convince others to use has been advanced to visual and audio excellence in this media presentation. Shortly after this meeting Timothy wrote. "We have dedicated the Igala as well. God was gracious and the product is so well received. Evangelists are now in various communities with startling discovery that people's hearts could open faster than we imagine if God would tell His own story in their mother tongue.

Dear Sist. Dorothy,
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I thank you very much for providing this tool to use for God's glory. We had the opportunity to show in two places in the villages. People with great interest listen to the God's word and understood the truth. After showing the programme we had asked few questions to the people to know whether they understood the meaning of the whole Bible story programme. Manjunatha a student shared with us that this programme made me to understand the God's plan for my salvation and I dedicate my life for Jesus Christ. He is from Nandagudi area and our missionary is couseling him. Yesterday,on Sunday our team showed this programme in Athebele area. This programme touched their life.
There is good news for you also. After your meeting in Bangalore, one of our contact took the C.D. of the Bible programme in his village and showed to the people. Many people where showing great interest to listen to the Gospel. Few days back he visited me and sharing how this tool is effective in my village. He has circulatilng the C.D. to other villages. He asked me one more C.D. of this programme to show in other areas. I gave one of this to encourage him to do. He shared with me some of the testimonies and how people were responded to the gospel.
